Return Policy:
Freilich Jewelers accepts merchandise for exchange within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. A special order constitutes any jewelry, watch, or giftware ordered, custom made, or altered at the client's request.
Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Layaway Terms and Conditions:
Freilich Jewelers offers a 6 month interest-free layaway with a minimum deposit of 20%.
The original deposit and subsequent payments will be forfeited if the layaway is cancelled or if non-payment for 2 consecutive months occurs. There will be a store credit given up to 2 months from original deposit date.
Center Stone Warrantees:
Freilich Jewelers cannot be responsible for the loss of the center stone, or any primary stone, from any item we sell or repair. Please consult your insurance agent for information about how to insure your important pieces of jewelry against such a loss, or any other mishap. We will, upon request, be happy to provide you with an insurance evaluation for any item we sell, plus recommend an insurance company.
Watch Repairs:
Watch overhauls are warranted for 1 year. The warranty does not cover watches which have been abused, tampered with, or if the watch shows signs of rust resulting from water damage. We are not responsible for worn or broken parts which were not necessary to replace at the time of the overhaul. There are no warrantees on crystals, stems or crowns, or watch bands. Once a water resistant watch has been opened to change the battery, it may no longer retain its water resistance; Freilich Jewelers does not warranty any water resistant watch against leakage after a battery change UNLESS Freilich Jewelers pressure tests the watch.
Special Orders and Custom Made Items:
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Such items are non-returnable and any payments made will be forfeited.
It is our goal to provide our customers with the best possible service. We have designed the preceding policies for the convenience of our customers. If at any time special arrangements need to be made to assist you in your purchase, please let your sales consultant know. We will do our very best to accommodate you with your needs.
